Prior to joining HB Capital, Harris held senior leadership roles most recently at Tower Capital, where he oversaw a team focused on nationwide debt and equity placement.
Geoffrey Harris has personally closed over 2,400 transactions, totaling approximately $14 billion in funded loans throughout his career and has been recognized as a top loan originator in the industry for most of his career. Harris’ expertise spans a broad spectrum of asset classes, with a particularly deep focus in the NNN and multitenant retail, office, and industrial sectors. His extensive network of capital sources and clients will be instrumental in accelerating HB Capital’s continued growth across high-demand CRE markets.
Based in Oregon, Adam brings 10 years of CRE finance experience. He specializes in structured financing for acquisitions and repositioning of multifamily, office, industrial, and retail properties. He works closely with high-net-worth investors to develop long-term financing strategies and manage complex closings.
Based in Los Angeles, Alex brings 25 years of CRE finance experience and has originated over $3 billion in transactions across all asset classes. His background spans time as an investor, lender, and mortgage banker. His experience involves working closely with CMBS, Life Insurance, Banks, Credit Unions and private funds. He is an active member with the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and the Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA) and currently holds a CA Brokers license.
Mike Bundi is a results-driven strategist and Director at HB Capital, combining analytical precision, entrepreneurial vision, and people-first leadership. With experience spanning consulting, real estate, lending, and development, he’s generated over $2B in sales opportunities. A licensed New Jersey Realtor focused on investment real estate, Mike blends deep market insight with a hospitality-driven approach to deliver growth and excellence. In addition to his professional achievements, Mike values time with his son, enjoys staying active, and appreciates the creativity that comes from engaging with ambitious, forward-thinking people. Based in Scottsdale, Erik began his career in CREF at Tower Capital in 2024. He has underwritten and executed over $100MM across 24 transactions to date. At HB Capital, Erik will serve as Associate Director of Capital Markets, utilizing his network and knowledge of the capital markets to source the
