A Builder by Design
Hannah’s journey began in engineering. She graduated summa cum laude from Arizona State University’s Ira A. Fulton Schools of Engineering in just three and a half years, then went on to work as an engineer for Empire Cat, where she sharpened her analytical rigor, systems thinking, and operational discipline.
Driven by an entrepreneurial spirit, Hannah left corporate engineering to build three construction companies, gaining firsthand experience in development, execution risk, capital constraints, and the realities faced by operators in the field. That operator-level insight became the foundation for her next chapter: commercial real estate finance.
She went on to launch her own commercial real estate mortgage brokerage and private lending firm, structuring and placing capital across asset classes nationwide. These ventures ultimately evolved into HB Capital – a platform designed to bring institutional-grade capital access, transparency, and certainty to investors and developers across the United States.
